Front Bumper & Engine Skid Plate
Rasta front skid plates are the best you can find these days.
We enhanced the efficiency of the plate by adding a very important element- an Air Intake
Toyota had to add an Air Intake to cool the front differential because it is in permanent locks. When you install a front skid plate, the differential "suffers" because instead of an Air Intake, there are usually only some holes for cooling purposes.
Rasta has developed a special Air Intake specific for the Land Cruiser front differential and it’s simulating exactly the functionality of the original one.
It’s also important to know that if you need to change the differential oil, you can do so without taking off the skid plate using the service holes we put in. |
